PAYMENT DETAILS

A £50.00 deposit is required per room or lodge to guarantee any reservation.
All deposits are non refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation. 

Cancellations should be advised by 12 noon 2 days prior to day of arrival, otherwise you would be liable for the 1st nights accommodation less any deposit paid.
No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Personal or Business Cheques are not however accepted as method of payment.There will a £2.50 charge for anyone wishing to pay by credit card

Prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

PET POLICY

We allow pets in our main bar seating area and outside terrace areas.
Dogs are allowed to stay with their owners in some of the garden rooms.
£15.00 per night charge applies.

CHECK IN / OUT

Rooms are ready for your arrival from 3.00pm.
Check out time is 11.00am
Luggage storage is available if required.
