The Philipburn Restaurant offers an extensive choice of dining with family favourites, traditional and classic dishes to suit all tastes.

To start try the Mushrooms and Chorizo Sausage in a Garlic Cream Sauce Served with Garlic Herb Bread, Salmon and Smoked Mackerel Fishcake set on Shaved Fennel with a Lime and Caper Dressing or the tasty Warm Haggis and Swede Filo Parcel.

Using the best of local produce we offer Homemade  Pheasant Supreme with Apricot and Tarragon wrapped in Bacon set on a Potato Rosti served with a Red Wine Jus or some other favorites are Steak, Ale and Mushroom Pie,​ Butternut Squash and Green Pepper Arborio Rice Risotto , topped with a Poached Egg  and traditional Beer Battered Cod served with Peas and Chipped Potatoes- just some of the tempting dishes on offer.

Desserts include ​Blueberry and Lime Cheesecake, ​Orange and Cointreau Crème Brulee, Rich Chocolate Pastry Torte and the delicious Sticky Toffee Pudding with many more to choose from.

We have an extensive range of vegetarian dishes and can cater for special dietary requirements.
