The BEST WESTERN Philipburn House Hotel has a range of accommodation to offer.

There are 12 comfortable guest rooms in the main hotel building, all ensuite with a choice of 7 standard rooms and 5 deluxe rooms - with no two rooms being the same.

Our Deluxe rooms are all very spacious and perfect for that special treat or romantic stay.  Some rooms feature a four poster bed, spa baths, mezzanine floors deviding the lounge from the sleeping area and balconies overlooking the grounds and gardens.
