The menu in the Bistro features favourites including Soup of the Day, Grilled Sardines and Salmon Fishcakes to start followed by Scottish Minute Steak and Fries, Tuna Steak and Fries, Steak and Guinness Pie with seasonal vegetables and potatoes for main courses then desserts which include Sticky Toffee Pudding and Butterscotch Sauce, Crème Brulee and Homemade Shortbread.

Our fine dining 1745 Restaurant features an a la carte dining incorporating local produce such as Buccleuch Beef, Scottish Salmon and Venison.
